Registration Fees and Deadlines

There are three categories of registration: Early-Bird (due October 5), Standard Rate (October 6- October 19) and Walk-In (after October 19).

Please note: NEMA will not sell lunch tickets on-site.

After October 19 and Walk-In Registration

Standard Registration
(October 6- October 19)
If you register after October 5, the Standard Rate applies. You may still register online or by mail, but the deadline is October 19. After this date advance registration is closed, although you may still attend as a walk-in.

Walk-In Registration
Register at the door for a day or the full conference. The Standard Rate applies, but you will not be able to order lunch, and evening/off-site events may be sold out.

Speaker Rates

NEMA appreciates its colleagues who participate as panelists and speakers. If you plan to attend the conference beyond the session in which you're participating, we offer a significant discount on registration.  Only attending your session? We ask that you still register for the conference. Just select the "attending my session only" option and the registration is free.
Full Registration: $190-230
One-day Registration: $120-$135

Group Rate

NEMA member museums can send 10 or more employees and save 25% off the member rate! Contact the NEMA office at 781-641-0013 or conference@nemanet.org to register. Please note that the discount only applies to the member rate.

Guest Registration

If you would like to bring a guest to a lunch or evening event, select “Guest” on the online form or download a .pdf guest registration form here.

Exhibitor Registration

Is your company a vendor in the exhibit hall? NEMA extends conference registration to two company representatives with an exhibit booth. Registration forms will be available in August.

Registration Policies

If your institution is sending more than one attendee to the conference and paying with one check, please submit all of your registration forms together along with the payment. Registrations may not be split among multiple people.

If you would like to bring a guest to a lunch or evening event, please use our "Guest" form online or call the NEMA office for details.

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to conference. Please call the NEMA office with the name of your replacement. Once the conference begins, you cannot transfer or share your registration.

One-day registrations may not be split between days. If you want to attend an evening event prior to your one-day registration, you must register for the full conference instead.

Sorry, we are unable to accept purchase orders or government training vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration and special event tickets, we will provide a refund (less a 25% processing charge). We must receive your refund request in writing (mail or email) no later than October 19, 2016. After that date there are no refunds. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.
