Publication Awards Competition

Publications Competition 2007

The New England Museum Association sponsors an annual Publication Awards Program, which recognizes excellence in design, production, and effective communication in all aspects of museum publishing. Entries are judged by a panel experienced in publication, design, marketing and communications. Awards are given to those entries which most effectively present their message to the intended audience.

This year, there were 238 publications from 81 museums for the twenty-two different categories. The judges were extremely impressed with the high quality of design and effective communication. Website entries will be announced late May.

Special thanks this year to the Higgins Armory for hosting this year's competition, and to our judges listed below.
