Head out of Your House: Moving Your Site and Yourself out into the Big Wide World
Middlesex Canal Museum
North Billerica, MA
Registration Deadline: April 23, 2008
Increasing local visitation and participation in your historical society, museum or historic site begins with being an active part of the community. Active, vital sites know how to partner with schools, city or town agencies, local businesses, chambers of commerce and tourism organizations. In this workshop you will develop a comprehensive outreach plan to identify potential community partnerships that will lead to new programs and new uses for your site.
