Speaker Rates
All museum professionals from New England presenting at the conference who plan to attend other sessions or events are expected to register and pay the appropriate fees. Please note our special speaker rates.
Full Registration: $165-190
One-day Registration: $65-$110

Why Register Early-by-Mail?
  • You will save money
  • This is your only opportunity to purchase conference lunch tickets. They will not be sold on-site.
  • No waiting in line at the meeting
  • Better chance of tickets for limited registration events
  • Your name will appear on the registration list
  • A conference packet and a name-tag will be waiting for you

After October 14 and Walk-In Registration
You must register at the Standard Rate. Do not mail registration materials after October 29, 2009. Registration through the NEMA office closes after this date. After October 29, you may phone NEMA to learn if pre-registration is still available; we cannot guarantee lunch availability. Walk-ins will not be able to buy lunches on-site.

Registration Policies
Whenever possible we request that institutional delegate forms be mailed together.

NEMA welcomes trustees to attend our programs.

The annual meeting is a membership meeting; there is a substantial discount for members. Please call the NEMA office for details of special rates for spouses, other family members and guests.

Registration rates do not include fees for special sessions, off-site events/sessions, and evening events.

Registrations cannot be shared or split; please use the one-day registration option. If you will be attending any part of a second day—including evening events of the prior day—you should register for the full conference.

Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to conference. Please call NEMA with the name of the replacement. There will be a ticket exchange board at the meeting for registrants who wish to sell or trade tickets for meals and special events.

We are unable to accept purchase orders or government training vouchers.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received, via mail, by October 14. Registrations and special events fees will be refunded, less a 25% processing charge. Refunds will be mailed after the conference.
